My mom who is 70 has been on ecosprin and other blood thinners since october 2012 after suffering a stroke. She has got her tooth extracted 5 days back. She had stopped ecosprin for a couple of days befrore and after the extraction which she has now resumed. Her gum bleeds quite heavily atleast a couple of times in a day. It stops when we apply a tea leaves and ice pack. Can you please help me understand if this is ok, our stroke doctor is travelling and we are unable to reach him

diltiact gel can used in angina/ hypertension through skin ? and on which part it apply?

Hi, Ditiact gel contains Diltiazem and generally used in treatment of anal fissures as a topical drug. Dilthiazem drug has antihypertensive (blood pressur lowering) and antianginal (angina relieving) effects, but by topical use in skin only its small part enters to ones blood stream, so you can't count and give the correct dose of drug and receive expected systemic effect. Hi Prashant, Ecopsrin-75 is a salicylic acid salt but not the kind which helps with acne. Do not apply it on the skin. There are various 2% Salicylic acid face washes available in the market and you would be much better off trying one of those for your acne. I have bad body acne. Could you please advice what medicine i can use as i cannot apply anything at back of my body if possible suggest medicine to eat

Hello, I would suggest using a 2.5 or 5% Benzoyl Peroxide soap or body wash while bathing on a daily basis to prevent new pimples. This should be lathered onto the body, left on for 5-10 minutes and then washed off. If despite this new pimples keep coming ask your doctor for a 3-6 week course of Capsule Doxycycline 100 mg. Madam, My ped Dr sir has suggested the atogla cream for some rashes on body for my child 2M old. Also he suggested to apply on head to removal type of dandruff patches, which is more causing on lost of hair daily. On applying child got some redish rashes. Please suggest us weather it is correct to apply for total body along with head. Thankful on your reply.

please consult a dermatologist (Skin Doctor) for exact diagnosis of skin rash or lesions. skin rash can be due to multiple causes hence online consultation and treatment would not be useful.
