Hi, I am really stressed and don't want to self diagnos and go crazy, but I have had this (pimple, ulcer, follicule infection or chancre on the side of the shaft of my penis. I don't know which one it is. I don't have medical but I am signing up on Tuesday for state medical..... The story is it appear maybe a week after a day and a half masterbation marathon I am embarrassed to say I had. It started as just a burning sensation on the side like I ripped the skin which I have done before. So I just didnt touch it. That was on a Sunday then Monday Xmas I tried to have sex with my lady and I couldn't cause of the pain and burning sensation on the skin. We started and stopped. 3 days after that in the same burning area 1 pimple formed with maybe 2 smaller ones. Very small ones... I I tried to masterbate again and it seemed as if it irritated the area and another one grew. They got to an ok size and where kind of painful. Then they grew and seemed to bust and started to go down. They look some like a chancre or a lesion when it was going down. They itch a little bit I guess that's from healing but I am freaked out. You might either be having STD or you might have ripped of your skin ,which might have also caused an ulcer.
1. Are you having any pain during micturition ?
2. Are you having any burning sensation during micturition ?
3. Are the ulceration rigid ?
4. Are there any glands on penile area ?

From last 4 years myn menstrual period got decreased. Ealier use to get for 4 days. after that reduced for 3 days then 2 days and now reduced the quantity also. 1st day 6 to 7 drops 2nd day 5 drops. I am 28years old and married 4years ago. I am trying to concieve. I am having PCOS and lil high prolactin. I have done the follicle study 3times and all the 3times egg was released but no success in getting preg. This time too my doctr gave me initial 5days siphine 100mg tablets and did scanning till 14th day however i was having multiple small follicles. Doctor told me this time chances for releasing egg is less however i will get my period on time. Now it is 40th day and i have done home preg test but negative. Usually whenever i have taken 5days siphine 100mg tablets i used to get my periods on 28 to 30days. What is the reason for delay in getting my period this time? Will there be chances for preg ?

If your pregnancy test is negative( home kit),then you should still get a blood test to rule out pregnancy.This is called a serum beta hcg test and can be done in any routien laboratory any time of the day.This test if value less tahne 5 will confirm that there is no pregnancy.

I am undergoing an IVF treatment this moth and was put on dupheston to delay my last period by my doctor. The period when it arrived was much lighter than my usual period. I am currently on day 7 of my cycle and have been taking the highest dose of injections Bravelle and Lupron every day from day 2. However in todays scan it appeared to be a poor egg development and one ovary seemed not responsive. I am concerned that Dupheston delaying myFSH period has had some effect on my ovarian performance. On day 2 my FSH was 13.5. Please advice
