Hi, My sister has been detected with the Syptoms of Systemic sclerosis, she has been undergoing treatment , but recent report of ct scan shows the following conclusion" Smooth subpleural inter and intra lobular septal thickening long posterior aspects of both lower lobes, anterior and lateral aspects of right upper lobe, anterior aspects of lright middle lobe and lingual. these features are suggestive of eraly interstitial lung disease." Does this report shows she will have a major breathing problem... Can U provide a good reference of doctor for "Systemic Sclerosis" in Mumbai, since most of the Skin doctor does not know about the problem...

22 yr old male , student. I have musular pain and weakness since 7 years started around lower back and and neck region for episodes of 5-10 minutes then it gradually increased to full body over 2-3 years. Have anxiety , stress, severe insomnia and headache from 4 years. Also have tremor and dropping of eye lids for around 2-3 years. Have problem waking up in morning sometimes as I feel no energy to do so. Speech is very slow and dull. Sympotms relieved by proper sleep and repetead movement of the painful area. Does not respond to supplements and improvement in all symptoms from benzodiazapenes etc. And heat therapy , ultrasound massage therapy but it stops responding after 2-3weeks or goes back to normal after stopping the treatment. Muscles affected are which are excessively used like eyelid and back shoulder and quadriceps and gastrocnemius shows fatigue. No family history or any systemic disorder. No history of alcoholism or drug abuse. I suspect muscular pathology, some type of myopathy maybe. Have consulted with various doctors multiple times but unable to identify cause only provisional treatment. Suggest what should I do.which investigations should I go for.
