Syringomas

I am 48 years old and I have been suffering from syringomas or milias (I cannot identify which they are exactly) around the eyes for the last 15 years. I tried cauterisation around 10 years ago, but that was ineffective. My skin is quite fair and very sensitive to the sun and I also have a tendency towards keloid formation. (I had a mole on my neck removed and there is now a keloid on that area). Apart from this I also tend to worry a lot and often have insomnia. Is there any homeopathic treatment / medicine that can help remove the syringomas and stop further formation of these? Thank you!
