Stretching

Am 42 years old. I have joint pain in my RHS arm. in the wrist joint mostly but also the elbow joint plus the finger joints. I normally feel it when I wake up in the morning. Also after taking some beer or Redbull it is more severe. what could be the problem. At times the pains extends up to shoulder joints. I fee like stretching all the time to ease it up. Please help.

One of my knee appears a bit non-flexible since 15 days. A frictional sound of colliding between bones heard along with stretching of tissue during walk; sometimes pains in local tissues likely. Also feels lack of strength in both legs since 2/3 years. A nominal BP & BS is detected recently. I'm 64 of average health with only a Prostrate-problem. Since long, I'm continuing light exercise for joints only. Is it risky to walk ? Pl advise for remedy !

Hello doc i am 19 and my foreskin is tight. i can't pull the foreskin of mine full but i can see my glan.
