i have normal skin(T zone oily) I am suffering from severe whiteheads and acne on my face . i have consulted few dermatologists but it barely gave me any good results. as per as the doctors prescription i have been using 1.azithromtcin azifem 500- tablets 2.adalene nano gel 3.D derclean hydro gel cleanser but it gave me no results at all. i want to have a clear and glowing skin alike yours. earlier it was nice but on the usage of kaya skin regime i ended up paying so badly for my skin. on sun explosion my skin gets worse. i expect your help to get rid of of my problems. also suggest a sun screen.

Brevoxyl Creamy Face Wash is my preferred brand. Epiduo or Deriva-BPO are good brands for the night gel and Aziderm 10% cream a good brand for the day cream. Rivela SPF 50 for normal skin and Sungrace Total SPF 30 for oily skin are good sunscreens. I have snorted my prescription vicodin for almost 2 years, i have been off them for almost a year! however i would get severe pain in my face and mouth like a tooth ache and some "genius" mentioned tylenol. so i snorted enough tylenol to barely coat the inside of my nose to make the pain go away. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and i completely quit snorting the tylenol for a little over a week now. i have tried using neosporin cream to numb the inside of my nose and i have tried a netti pot and also tried silver-sol gel. Is there anything i can do to make the pain go away? someties its tolerable and other times not but i have done went over a week with this pain i refuse to go back to snorting esp with a baby on the way. Oh n ive tried taking a script i had of amoxicillin. also i took a flashlight and looked in my nose and against my cartilage wall its still somewhat white but its also a dark brown. any idea what that could be?

Hello Doctor, I just wanted to ask regarding on my pcos prblem. I was diagnosed having pcos on both of my ovaries and my doctor prescribed me metformin 500mg daily for about 6mos as well as contraceptive pills. On my 1st month, I took Fertyl 50mg but it was not on my prescription instead of contraceptive pills. Will it help me to get pregnant taking Fertyl and Metformin instead of the prescribed contraceptive pills knowing that I have pcos? Will it help my pcos problem to shrink and have an ovulated egg?

Hi there. Treating PCOS is goal directed. If you just want to regulate your menstruation and you don’t desire to be pregnant, You may continue taking oral contrceptive pills. 29 yr old.I had a delayed period by 7 days last month so on doctor's prescription i took duphaston for first time in life to induce period.period came 3days after stopping the medicine. Now it has been 35 days since the first day of that period and don't have a period yet.no history of sex. Prolactin 22.5 and TSH 3.5 . My normal cycle is 32 days

You can take again Duphaston 2x day for 10 days. You will have again mentruation. Please discuss with your gynecologist if you can take oral contraceptive pills once you have your period so your menstruaion will be regulated. Hello Sir,My father is now 72 yrs. of age.He is on 'Olmesartan medoxomil40mg' in morning and 'Metoprolol Succinate 25 mg' with 'Amlodipine 2.5 mg' in a combination in the evening for the last 3+ yrs.,and his hypertension was in control (avg. 130/85). Previously he was on only on 'Amlodipine besylate 5 mg' once a day for the last 10+ yrs.( before he started the above-mentioned medication 3 yrs. back as per his doctor's advise but when the peripheral edema and a little-bit face swelling started,and the B.P could not controlled with plain Amlodipine 5 mg,doctor advised the above-mentioned medication after closely monitoring ECG and related tests).Till last six month the B.P was in control(avg. 135/82)without any remarkable side effect except 'back of palm' & 'foot skin rash' which he had for more than last 10+ yrs. and being treated separately with skin cream (clobetasol,miconazole,gentamycin combination in S.O.S-basis with citicoline skin cream when it is too necessary to moist the skin)- but suddenly the B.P is constant on an avg. 145/92 without any major health related complain from patient except sudden-started oedema in left foot skin and left tibea-febula skin for the last 10 days,and the doctor is now suddenly not willing to further new prescription and advised 2nd consultation with another doctor.Now I'm worried what to do exactly,last 3 days I tried only Amlodipine 5 mg in evening and olmesartan 40 mg in morning and B.P is now 140/82 in an avg. for the last 3 days.Please advise me what should I do now?
