SIR, LAST LOWER JAW TOOTH HAS BROKEN BUT NO PAIN. THERE IS BIG CAVITY. AND THE LAST BUT BEFORE IS SLIGHTLY BROKEN IN THE LOWER RIGHT JAW. AND THERE IS PAIN IN IT. I SAW A LOCAL DOCTOR HE SUGGESTED ME TO MAKE AN X-RAY OF THE SAME. IS IT NECESSARY TO MAKE THE X-RAY. AND IF I DO NOT PLUCK THE TWO TEETH - SHOULD IT AFFECT IN FUTURE?

hello, i have cough and running nose from 2 days and some tooth aches from couple of weaks... i went to local medical store and i toled my problem he suggested me almox 500.. i brought it.. should i take these capsule . he suggested me take 1 capsule in morning and 1 capsule in the night..? what should i do ?

First of all you should visit to your Family Physician for your running nose and cough and also to a Dentist for tooth ache, instead of a medical store. Although Almox is not a complete answer for your problem; Medicine and its doses depends on the severity of your problem and the line of treatment decided by your Doctor. 1. My grand daughter 2 yrs of age having severe lose motion or diarrhea for the last 4 days and passing watery yellowish stool every 5 to 10 minutes. Had slight temperature max 101.5 Deg F, for the first two days. Now there is no temperature. 2. She is being hydrated and has been passing urine occasionally. She is 11kg by weight. 3. Urine and stool tests have been carried out. There is no infection. 4. Urine : Albumin- Trace, Ketone Bodies-Present +, Red Bllod Cells-Absent, Puss Cell-4-5/HPF, Epithelial Cells-2-3/HPF 5. Stool: reducing substances- Present +, Puss cells â€“ 2-3/HPF, Epithelial cells-Occasional. (Oval Cysts not seen) 6. Local doctor says she will be all right but her watery stool continues unabated and we are extremely worried. She is losing her body weight and becoming cranky. Her skin around anus has become swollen & reddish. 7. She has been put on liquid O2 Suspension from today (Ofloxacin and Orindazole) 8. Please let us know: a. How can we stop the lose motion of such high frequency. b. Is O2 has some side effect? Do you suggest any other medicine c. Is it normal that such watery stool can continue for such log time? d. Please advice what should be done now.

In your case if the symptoms are not severe you can try medical management in the form of drugs like oral contraceptive pills or other hormonal preparations which can be used to decrease the size of the fibroid.But the drawback of medical management is that the fibroids regrow back once the treatment is stopped.So one has to be prepared to take medication for a long time. One of my knee appears a bit non-flexible since 15 days. A frictional sound of colliding between bones heard along with stretching of tissue during walk; sometimes pains in local tissues likely. Also feels lack of strength in both legs since 2/3 years. A nominal BP & BS is detected recently. I'm 64 of average health with only a Prostrate-problem. I.e. 1 I have a severe sinusitis problem I cannot concentrate on anything I feel dizzy heavy on my head base of my skull all feel like choked up. MRI says its mucosal thickening in left maxillary ,CT scan says polyp sinusitis cyst I'm goin mad what it is all this is due to SINUS?? 2nd question is my MRI says loss of cervical lordosis which means what because left side my neck n shoulder to pains crazily. Hello Doctor This is shiwani here .My son is two years and 3 months old and he is suffering from constipation from last 7 months.I have consulted a good pediatrician (Fortis hospital) and he has suggested me that reduce direct milk and try to give milk product.and also given Egylex (as per requirement) and Ligniflux gel for apply on the local area.i did the same again two time i met him he said it will take time.but till date he is suffering from the same problem sometimes it is ok but most of the time i have to give Egylex to him.so please give me suggestion fot the next action.

Hi Pa1976pa, Yes we can do some surgery to increase the penis girth and length. But the length increase is only about 1cm in flaccid state and about an inch in erect state.
