I have developed what look like skin tags on my lingual frenulum. They don't hurt and are skin colored. Just extra skin. Is this cause for concern? What could the issue be?

I am experiencing severe pain in my right hand palm fingers since last 12 years. Inspite of my effort to treat the same with different systems of treatment no relief so far. Hi, My sister has been detected with the Syptoms of Systemic sclerosis, she has been undergoing treatment , but recent report of ct scan shows the following conclusion" Smooth subpleural inter and intra lobular septal thickening long posterior aspects of both lower lobes, anterior and lateral aspects of right upper lobe, anterior aspects of lright middle lobe and lingual. these features are suggestive of eraly interstitial lung disease." Does this report shows she will have a major breathing problem... Can U provide a good reference of doctor for "Systemic Sclerosis" in Mumbai, since most of the Skin doctor does not know about the problem...

I am 16. Weak baby at birth time.mother had high levels of prolactin.took bromocriptin and conceived.i used to have breath holding episodes during infancy.turned blue face at times.was in low weight bracket upto age 10.one day woke up with severe headache at night. Handled by pain killers.
