hii doctor...iam having this addiction to womans clothes and accesories for a long time. now iam not able to focus on anything since iam not able to fulfill the desire for my addiction...iam having concerns if iam having any harmonal issues...so, what should i do...should i consult a psychiatrist or harmones doctor...and please tell me how to control my addiction, so i can focus on more important things...

Hi. I had some burning sensation or nerve pain and shakiness in my hands and legs for about six months. Feeling difficulty while walking. Feeling imbalance between both legs (particularly left leg)while walking. Feeling burn sense or pain in nerves of hands and legs during penis erection. So i consulted a neurologist in Apollo Hospitals. I told everything to doctor. They done regular blood test. Then some test like keeping wires on my fingers and giving electric shock. Then they finally took my blood sample in fasting for Vitamin B12 test. After seeing the test reports doctor told me all reports are ok but Vitamin B12 is low and so you have all these symptoms. The report said 223 in my blood for vitamin B12. So he prescribed me some tablets(i.e. 1.Gabapentin, 2.Methico OD) and ReNerve Plus injection to have weekly twice. Doctor instructed to follow these medicines for 3 months. Now you please tell me 1) all these symptoms i feel are due to Vit.B12 deficiency? 2) I didnt tell doctor one point that i feel burning sense or pain in nerves of my hands and legs during penis erection. Coz this not only occurs during my penis erection, it occurs during non-erection time also. 3) Please tell me is it any other problem for these symptoms i feel during penis erection? Or is it due to Vit.B12 deficiency only?

Hi, Vitamin b 12 deficiency usually occurs in pure vegetarian people but can occur otherwise also. You are a little over anxious , and nothing necessary that if you have Vit b 12 deficiency then you will have problems in sex life or any. You can get semen analysis done , before getting semen analysis done don't masturbate for 4 days at least. Semen does not contain vit b12. Do you feel any burning in urine or any discharge ? I'm 21 years old. I had my first period when I was 14th yrs old, after my first period, there was no period till 6 month but after 6 months they started again but always been irregular. I used get my period in 2 or 2.5 months. For this problem I consulted to my doctor then he said it's because of your less blood or harmone imbalance problem & he gave me heptoglobin syrup & rajpravartni vati, I started taking it but as I was gaining weight that's why I afraid to think that by these medicines probably I'll gain more & problem been same... But last 4 months I didn't get any period & recently I consulted to another gynecologist then she asked me for ultrasound & blood check ups & the reports came normal only some pcos effect can be seen in my ovary & she gave me rantac 150mg, sandoz & siocare syrup for 5 days & said I'll get my period after taking this medicines, I took all of them but didn't get period yet, it's 9th day, she asked me to come again after 10days while period will be going on but they didn't came yet, I'm so worried, please suggest me why didn't I get my period yet?

Hi doc, Last month I had 2 periods September 2 and september 18. recently based on the app , I used to track my menstruation, I ovulate 2 days after me and my partner had an unprotected intercourse, thats why after 3 days I drink contraceptive pill to avoid pregnancy. and now, I am 5 days late for my period. would I be worried? am I pregnant? or it is just a hormonal imbalance because of the pill?
