My baby is gassy and not passing motion for more than a day..drinks milk and passes urine for more than 8 times a day..also while passing urine he struggle and crying a lot ..pls help

Hi My baby is 2.5 months old. He was taking breast milk as well formula milk (nanpro-1). But since a week he stops completely breast milk. Now a days he vomiting after every feed and also having gassy stomach. He cries continuously. Dr suggest to give DOMSTAL and colimax and lanzol 15mg tab. Nothing is working properly. Please guide me what I do to make my baby healthy again?
