Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. I don't have any other symptoms except for skin darkening and don't have any dark spots either Please advice me with the best medicine. Thanks & Regards Emmanuel

Hi Emmanuel, Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here. Sir, I have dark spots on my face, mostly acne/pimple marks. I have tried cadilla skin shine. Now I am thinking about proactiv and kumkumadi. I am looking for a solution which provides me fairer, spot free skin along with some long term solution to acne/pimple. Can you please suggest me which of the two will be better and if there is an even better option.

Hi Dr.. I'm 24 with oil skin.. I ve been frequently get pimples and acne before using skin lite cream but after that it was reduced got fairer too.. But I found that my acne scar r visible more than before ..reviews of skinkite after certain period s not good.they r suggesting clearz plus instead of skinkite cream. Hello Doctor, This is suresh and i'm 22 yrs. old.. I have been using skinlite (hydroquinone+tretinoin+mometasone furoate) cream since 2+ years, my face became fairer than before. But i have been experiencing that, as soon as I stop using it my skin becomes very dark and acne and redness when i go out or if i do any hard physical work, which makes me very conscious. i'm aware of the above side effects already.But i couldn't dare to stop using it. Now i have decided to stop using it. i know my face will become more dark than my original. But i need your support to control that effects.
