I was suffering from pcos problem, im married 3years back... consulted doctor 5 months back and she suggested me tablets Folivite MB 1daily, Obimet 2daily, CCQ 100mg for 3rd to 7th day of my periods, Evatone for 1st to 14th day of my periods, Duphaston for 16th to 25th day of my periods.. Can u tell me the uses of this tablets.. My periods are also normal for past 4 months after taking tablets, can i get pregnant with this tablets??

Folvite is folic acid for the neural tube development of the baby in case you get pregnant. Obimet is to help with insulin sensitivity, since insulin reistance is one of the pathologies of PCOS. CCQ10 is anti-oxdant which will help with ovulation. Evatone is used to thicken and prime the endometrium where the baby can attach. I had a missed miscarriage and I was ask to for evacuation which I did on d 31st of july, ever since I havnt had my period,and I went for pelvic scan and I was told I wasn't producing eggs, a week ago I complained to my doc. And he put me on primolut N and duphaston 10, he said I should take 1 tab. Of primolut N per day and duphaston twice a day for ten days I want to ask if its save for me to do so....please I will b glad if I can get a reply now

I am detected with PCODs after 7 months of my marriage. I am now 26years old and got married 1.4 years ago. I am unable to conceive due to PCODs as per my gynocologist. She firstly prescribed me 1.CYSTA Rx, 2. forte tablets, with weight reduction suggestion. after 3 months in USG i got free from PCODs and i was prescribed 1.Duphaston 10mg tablets, 2. follic acid tab and calcium tab, after 2 months again I missed my periods and detected with PCODs again. Doctor prescribed 1.MYOCYST, 2.OSTOCALCIUM TAB but my periods delayed more than 2 months. Now as per my doctor, I am overweight and cant conceive till reducing weight fom 63kg to 55 minimum. Now she again prescribed me 1.cysta rx , 2. metformin for 3 months this time but i have not started this medicine because i have no patience o again again the same medicines to cure this regenerated type PCODs.I have also started workout for my weight loose. Kindly suggest me whether my doctor was suggested me right medicine or not, what is right for me, can i conceive in these PCODs (3mm to 7mm),

Hi there. I agree with the medicines that your doctor gave you. Unfortunately, once you have PCOD, you already have PCOD for life. But it doesnâ€™t mean that you canâ€™t get pregnant. Please help. I had several miscarriages in the past, the last was in April this year 16weeks pregnancy. I saw my normal menses in may 17, by June when it was supposed to be due I didn't see my menses and after about five days delay I did urine PT which was +ve. On june 22 (2 days after the test) I started spotting and later had painful cramping with the spotting, contacted a doctor who prescribed duphaston tab 10mg and vasoprin tab 75mg which I took a day later I started bleeding which lasted for about 2weeks.pt was done after with -ve result. What do I do now because am yet to see my period now (20th august) even after testing negative to pregnancy.

If you have delayed menses and with negative pregnancy test, it is best to have a transvaginal ultrasound test. You can takeDuphaston 2x a day for 10 days to have a progesterone breakthrough bleeding. The best way to approach this is to have a blood test called serum BHCG. If the value reaches 2,000, have a repeat transvaginal ultrasound. Pregnancy should be visualized at this level. ...

Maybe it was too early to do a transvaginal ultrasound. You can have a B HCG done. If the value reaches around 2000. You can hace a repeat transvaginal ultrasound. By then, there should be an embryo inside the uterus with heartbeat. ...

i have a 16 year old daughter whom i didnt know had sexual intercourse for 4 times already, her last contact was last march 25, i brought her to an ob gyne and gave her duphaston for her to menstruate, its been her 4th day of taking the pill, im worried cos till now, there is no sign that she is going to mentruate soon, how long do we have to wait, im just too worried cos she is too young to get pregnant and our plans will be affected greatly.please help, i just need some answers, our next appointment will be on April 10
