My son is 4.5 Y old and suffreing from Mild cerebral Palcy,he is not able to touch his right limb hill to ground as he is having contraction in acfiilles tendon,so is it possible to cure it by operating and muscle lenthening? Will these surgery limit other leg movement in future to him.

Sorry to hear about your son's CP. This is called gasto-soleus contracture. This is part of a spectrum of locomotive conditions associated with cerebral palsy. Whether he will require gasto-soleus release or tendo-achilles lengthening, is based on clinical assessment when I see the child. The condition is completely curable. Success rate is high.
