hi my dad (68 years) has undergone a Turp sugery on 23rd Dec.He has been fitted with a cathether..He has been prescribed the following medicines (Pan 40 mg, levomac,augmentin 625 mg, chymoral fote)..He is taking it regularly...But the problem is he feels sleepy always and in a day sleeps for atleast 16 hrs (altough not so tight sleep)..am not sure of the reason why he feels so drowsy..can it be because of the tablets..also for info he was given spinal anaesthasia for the sugery..please advise..

If sodium levels comes out to be low then you have the cause and you will have to add a bit of salt in his diet and he will improve. I am having a lump of width 1.5-2 cm attached to my left testicle at the upper part of the testicle since 10//11 years. (I have mentioned the width only because the shape of lump is just like a small testicle and I am unable to hold it from its length because it slips from my hand and some cord(perhaps epididymis) is obstructing me to hold it from it's length. most likely It's length is about 2.5 cm and I mentioned the width only). It is not causing any pain or problem with me. I put a torch light behind it and saw that it is allowing light to pass through . I masturbate much. Hi, its my 34th week of pregnancy, I've been diagnosed with gestational diabetics and i am taking insulin everyday. right now my baby is weighing nearer to 2.6 kg and my Doc is suggesting delivery in the next week itself, due to the complications and since there is a single loop of cord around my baby's neck, can i get a suggestion regarding this, shall i go with what my Doc says?

Usually in gestational diabetes if sugars are well controlled on insulin,I would suggest delivery by induction of labour between 37-38 weeks of pregnancy.Also,there should be no other complications in the pregnancy.Trial of labour is recommended if no associated complications and even if single loop of cord is present around the fetal neck. Dear doctors, I am a research scholar and working on signal transduction studies and regularly use several irritants and ion channel blockers. I am suffering from excess keratosis on palms and soles and some times deep painful fissures from almost two years. It was started as a small thickening patch an left arm and recovered after treatment with moisturizing creams. After that I went to Japan as part of my research programme and one nurse given me creams with anti-fungal compounds and urea but the problem was enhanced and started the deep fisures on my soles.
