Acetaminophen

I have a 6 month old baby who has been running a fever of 101.6 i gave him infant pain and fever relief with acetaminophen and it would go away and com back with in an hour what should i do and i give it to him every 4hours 1tsp

The dose of the medicine is according to the weight .It is 15mg/kg/dose 6 hourly.If she is having other constitutional symptoms than go for the investigations.CBC,PS for MP,Urine.Antibiotics to be given after reports. ...
