There is a strong kerosene smell in my urine. What can cause this?

I am currently being treated for a infected tooth with Penicillin VK 7 day treatment. Before I found out I had a infected tooth I was treated with 2 different antibiotics for what was thought to be a sinus infection. This has all been within the last 3 months. My right side primarily I have pretty much constant nasal blockage. I also have mucus between my chest and my nose....lots of dripping down the back of throat, coughing it up and constant nose blowing. However I believe that there is just some stubborn mucus that doesnt smell good that I am having a hard time getting out. What can I do about this, the only relief I get is if I use nose spray, but I dont want to use that all the time. I need nasal relief.

I think you have more of sinus related problem, you need to do steam inhalation and consult your ENT specialist for mucolytic agent. ...

Dear sir/madam Actually i have a problem of stomach.And i need some information about my stomach.Sorry i still not here in Pakistan.now i am in Italy in engineering university.My mouth has a bad smell what do i do? i don't no from were the smell is coming from in my mouth. I went to the Dentist but they don't no from were the smell is coming from. this was happening for THREE years now .the small comes when i am talking and it comes all the time 24: 7 people from far away can smell it smells like WHAT I EAT. I Show gum nothing happens. the smell comes out in the morning more when i eat it goes then after 5 min it comes Again .so, i can't speak to anybody freely. i don,t no what to do every were i go the smell comes with me .I am 22 years old.plz plz plz help me .and thank u for helping me. in jan end there was unprotected sex on 03 april i felt burning sensation on my penis ,on 04 april i was diagnosed for uti by surgeon as there was 1-2 pus cell in my urine and prescribed with antibiotic for a week. it did not give me relief i refered to a urologist and told him everything, he has diagnosed me for prostattitus after physical examination and my semen culture showed no growth,but pus cells 4-6hpf the urologist said there is no STI . he has prescribed me the foll doxy 100mg twice daily for 15 days lenoflox 500 once daily for 4 weeks t.alfoo 10mg one daily for 3 months it has been 15 days since i am having the med but the burning sensation comes often on the right bottom of the head of my penis with no other symptom .what can be the possible reason there is no discharge/rashes on my genitals only this burning sensation pl tell me if i need to show to some other urologist or is it that i have an std which the urologist could not diagnose if so then whom should i consult and what all test of std should i conduct .the urologist has said that i do not require any STD test as i have simple prostatits but the fear of std is troubling me or do i need to consult a pshycatrist pl help

Hi, The medicines you are having are fine and have to be taken for 15 more days and you may feel further better. I might have liked to give some other medicines,but then the doctor might have noticed something on your examination to give you this medicine. You can get tested for hiv for safety sake and your concern. No you can't get cataract surgery with urine infection . As infection can spread by touch or blood stream after surgery . Pus cells in urine is an absolute contraindication for cataract surgery. First get the treatment for urine infection ...
