is quiting Hydroquinone Mometasone Tretinoin Cream cause dark sikn and pimples

Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. I don't have any other symptoms except for skin darkening and don't have any dark spots either Please advice me with the best medicine. Thanks & Regards Emmanuel

Hello Mam, I am 25 and my inner tighs and vaginal area are very dark in color. I have consulted doctor about the dark color of inner tighs and she suggested me to use SPARKEL cream (hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone furote cream). I am using it from past 1 week and sometimes when the skin peel off it burns. I use the same cream at night. Suggest me some cream that can be applied during the day time to avoid the pain caused by the cream. Can I use it on my vagina too?? Or Is there any other cream available which I can use on my vaginal area to improve the color? Apart from it I want to increase my breast size. Kindly suggest me some cream or oil/lotion that can help me in the same.

Hello Doctor, This is suresh and i'm 22 yrs. old.. I have been using skinlite (hydroquinone+tretinoin+mometasone furoate) cream since 2+ years, my face became fairer than before. But i have been experiencing that, as soon as I stop using it my skin becomes very dark and acne and redness when i go out or if i do any hard physical work, which makes me very conscious. i'm aware of the above side effects already.But i couldn't dare to stop using it. Now i have decided to stop using it. i know my face will become more dark than my original. But i need your support to control that effects. And now i'm working in Dubai and i'll be very much thankful to you, if you suggest me a proper way to avoid side effects and to cure my skin and to avoid too much darkness now?
