I am a 23 year old male with skin colored bumps on the rim of the penis. I have noticed them over the last 2-3 years. I am sexually active but only with one partner and most of our contact is protected. The bumps were there even before the first time I had sex. I am worried these could be genital warts and I could transmit them to my partner. Kindly advise.

Hi, Your history is suggestive of a diagnosis of pearly penile papules. This is a harmless condition seen in many males. It is not infectious or progressive and hence can be left alone. doctor advised me to use triglow cream.but when im using this cream regularly the pigment is lightening.there is small light brown marks in face now,doctr has told me to review surgery after 3 months.i am afraid to use d cream because it is a steroid..and also already in my face there is d marks of surgery.if im doing d surgery and the marks increases means..i dont know wat i need to do.whether i can make my face clean?please give me a suggestion.

You don't use the steroid cream for long time because it causes many side effect. you can use aloe Vera gel on the face, its effect comes out after long time but it is extra ordinary treatment for your problem. if you can't use aloevera gel you can use any aloevera cream on the face. ...

Diet - Diet high in dairy products and high glycemic index foods increases the risk of developing pimples. Washing your face about twice each day - not more often. Make sure you have a mild soap. Use warm water. Wash gently; do not scrub the skin. Use an OTC lotion which contains benzoyl peroxide. I am 37 years old and i am suffering high uric acid. 5 months before uric acid level was at level 9. Then i started Tab.Gouric 40mg..after one month it come at level 5....now after 2 months i checked it and come to know that its now at level10.2......plz suggest what should i do now to get rid of from this problem permanently. Hai Doctor, I have taken Salicylic peel 6 sections , for acne after that Dr prescribed Hyclean TF cream for dark spots , 3 times in a week. After 2 weeks i felt my skin is getting dark. Is it because of this cream?. After the peel my skin colour were improved.

Hi Archana, No the cream does not cause skin darkening. Your skin probably requires maintenance peels for continued benefit along with strict sun protection. To this end I would recommend taking a skin lightening peel like SM peel or Glycolic Peel once a month for 6 months along with an SPF 50+, UVA +++ or higher sunscreen (e.g Melagard SPF 50, Rivela SPF 50) used 2-3 times a day.
