Hi doctor Actually main pehle medical drugs leta tha like petmol parwan spas corex etc. Jis se mera dimag me becheni bad gai par wo drugs lene mene chod diye 4 salo se fir mere sir me dard or kai baar boht bhari pan rehta ha or dimag me kuch na kuch batein chalti rehti ha or dar bhi laga rehta ha marne ka thoda sa bhi body me dard hota ha to aisa lagta ha ki main mar jaunga ..main abhi sirf drink karta hu lekin wo bhi set nahi ati subha boht ghabraht hoti ha darta rehta hu ki mar na jau so plz doctor suggest me wat can i do

I AM 43 YRS OLD, KOI galat shouk bhi nahi tha, phir bhi muh 2 anguli khul pata hai, jis vajah se dentist bhi badi mushquil se kaam kar paate hai, koi yogik exercise/medicine hai, jise use karke muh thoda or jyada khul paye.
