Hi, Usually expired calpol does not have serious serious side effects,the expired drug is just reduced in efficiency . You should just look that you don't have any expired antibiotic cause that can be serious. If in case you have any mild rashes or something you can take a cetrizine 5mg for that and reaction should usually subside,however if there is any difficulty in breathing or heavy rashes then you may consult a doctor for that. Hi, As such there should be no reaction of alcohol with th drug.But since both combiflam and alcohol both cause gastric acidity so avoid alcohol just after having combiflam and don't drink empty stomach. You can maintain some gap with novaclox also,although there should be no reaction. ...
