Hi,

I don't know about its components in the cream,kindly mention the components in the cream.
For dark circles you may use radiant eye cream and you will always have to get your haemoglobin levels checked,if your haemoglobin levels are low then then no cream won't be able to help you out.
Then second most common cause is reduced sleep,so you will have to take a complete and proper sleep an don't take to much of stress
Thirdly also get your eyesight checked,because if the eyesight is low then also any cream won't help you or be effective to you.

You can use vitamin b complex tablet as antioxidant for 3-4 weeks as once daily tablet.

Hi,

Although vitamin b-complex is water soluble,but still it has some side effects like excessive dose or having it for too long can cause sugar problems,liver problems,and many more problems specially in people who are prone or have genetic history.
Since i don't have your complete medical history so can't prescribe you with drugs for a long time.

Hello sir,I m taking nebistar 2.5one daily, from last ,1.5 year's,however recently I feel heavy eyes in morning then eyes start becoming dry and forehead heats up as office activities start.eyes feel strained if. I try to see fast moving objects or intense light.by lunch time eyes feel more strained and I start feeling giddiness.in afternoon after lunch I start yawning and eyes become wet and I feel better.however sometime this giddiness occurs anytime .I m fed up due to this.my sugar is normal.why it is happening?is it sideeffect of nebistar?please advice.

Hi, Definitely the symptoms you have described could be due to the drug you are having(which can cause dizziness, insomnia, vertigo, nausea, nervousness, headache) or the problem could also be due to some digestion. Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. Hi Emmanuel, Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here. After diet control I could reduce my weight from 85kg to70kg. My normal weight should be 65kg medically.I recently suffered from Dengue & Typhoid. I have recovered now. I have developed dark circles below my eyes. My weight is now 85kg again. Can I go for Dieting again
