I am experiencing persistent eye redness resembling conjunctivitis. Along with that I have an abscessed tooth in my right upper jaw. Is the abscess causing the eye redness? I'm not sure whether to get an appointment first with my dentist or my opthalmologist.

Recently punched in the right eye went to the optomologist and had eye checked out and eye is ok with a subconjective hemorrage and much bruising around eye. Now when I blink I hear a pop in my eye and feel pain in my front right tooth? What is going on? Do I need to see a doctor again or dentist?

hi, I am 26 year old male.My heart pulse rate is 100 bpm at rest, blood pressure range from 120-136/80-90, when high blood pressure I have pain behind eye and headache. I also feel chest tightness sometime. when I walk or do physical activity I can feel slight breath. From recent blood work my chelostorel is 245. what could be the problem?

Hi, You should try to lower it right now with diet first for 3-4 months. If no effects are seen then you may go on with drugs for this(raised cholesterol). Your blood pressure is not high otherwise it is just a little raised for your age. As soon as your cholesterol comes down your b.p will also reduce. I wonder if you could give direction I dont know whether to go to the doctor or the dentist? I broke a crown about 3mths ago, whicht he dentist sorted out for me but about a mth later I developed a cold and my crown became so sensitive I couldnt close my mouth it felt like it had a pulse and the bone was rejecting the post. after googling I realised it could very well be a sinus infection and got a 10 day course of anitbiotics which helped immensley, but the gum where it connects to the cheek pulses and if I run my finger over the spot I feel as though I am getting an electric shock. It was fine if i didnt touch it but over the last few days the pain has come back and a lump is developing and spreading. the pain is in my cheek bone and around my eye socket, I had a root canal on this tooth over 10 years ago with no problems and the tooth has no odour or any leakage around it

Hello, Your problem seems to be primarily dental. I wolud recommend you to visit the dental proffesional an make an x ray.. From wat history you hav provided it seems the nerve has been damaged and there is infection, pus, developed below the tooth.. hence the wierd senstion... sinus infection may or may not be related to the tooth.. sp kindly visit the dr and take his opinion. Have done thorough eye checkup for my mother aged about 57 in Dr.Agarwal hospital and they suggested to go for cataract surgery using IOL techniques. Just want to check if we can get list of IOL lenses and their prices in market, so that i can cross verify with the prices Dr.Agarwal hospital is charge for me.
