Hi,

You did not tell me about your size of penis,usually the medicines are not easily prescribed because these medicines also increase your cardiac volume which puts a lot presure on your heart.so can't be prescribed without prescription.
I don't know much about ayurvedic treatments.

For increasing the stamina during sex and to hold longer and also to increase the size of penis-natural methods
1)do regular aerobic exercise
2)do regular early morning yoga
3)have a healthy diet which contain fresh fruits and vegetables
4)you should try kegel exercise,stopping urine mid stream which increases the strength of pelvic muscles
5)you should also increase protein in your diet if it is less,have dals,chicken,eggs
6)you can also try jelqing exercise(you have to repeatedly stroke penis from base to shaft of penis)
7)also have plenty of water
All of these will naturally help you increase your size of penis.

Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? How penis reacts after removal of foreskin for sexual activities? Is it true circumcision surgery really reduces some level sexual sensitivity from penis? Please help me on above queries. Hi, Usually tight fore skin indicates that you either had phimosis or infection or scarring of your fore skin,which has to be removed now. It is a controversial topic and there is no confirmatory study,however all the studies done till now have indicated that sensation don't reduce or make no difference and that is what I have noticed too. I have 4 problems to discuss and which i need a detailed answer. 1. Wants to increase the girth and length of penis by 1 inch. 2. Without erection, while my partner is shaking the penis, ejaculation happens. 3.When the penis is erected it doesn't have sufficient strength, it quickly goes down. 4. For a few months now, I am having difficulty during intercourse. Reason being which, the foreskin of my penis is not peeling back during unprotected sex. The tip of the fore skin is getting cut. A few months back, I remember my wife having the same issue in her privates which disappeared by itself. I have tried the "Candid" cream & used coconut oil. Still same issue. Hi, You can use betamethasone cream (topical steroid) local application cream over your skin surface and towards inner surface of penis of narrow part of foreskin for 4-6 weeks,then secondly stretching of the foreskin can be accomplished manually, with balloons or with other tools.A permanent increase in size occurs by gentle stretching over a period of time. my problem is related to glan penis(head). my penis is cut(circumcised. i can see wrinkles on my glans penis and due to this it's look odd and dark in normal stage. i am fair but the colour of penis is black. thas fine. but not sure why the glan penis is wrinkled and looking odd, dull black colour. I am worried. i never had sexual intercourse and don't think any infaction. no itching , burning and all. I want it should look clean and without wrinkles. any cream which help me. Please advice sir. Hi again, I got your response through support. No I would not recommend Hydrocortisone cream since I don't see any inflammation at all on your genitalia.
