I have some internal puss formation on my inner thigh area at the junction with the testicle balls. This may have been due to bacteria due to V-shaped underwears. I applied Quadriderm lotion but not to much use. Pleae suggest some capsules or tablets for the same. There is no external visibility of red sign or blister on the pus, just accumulation beneath the skin.

Hi,

The infection commonly seen in groin area would intiallty be controlled by this cream and might aggrivate later own with cream only,sid anything of such kind happen with you ?
Are you having any itching,if yes then is itching more in day time or night time ?
Did you have history of any fever ?
Any history of sex with a prostitute ?
Any problems in urine ?
Is there any other leisson any where else on the body ?
You can upload your photos on website and i may be able to diagose after seeing them.
How do you know pus is there and if pus is there then pus will have to be drained by giving an incison and then a course of antibotic will have to be given after that.

The pus expanded in the area after applying Quadriderm, No itching as such, but there is pain which may have arise due to difficulty in walking. No fever, or any other problems, no history for sex, no other leisson on the body It is a simple puss, with swelling may be due to bacterial accumulation with no external redness or blister.

Hi,

If it is pus then you will have to visit a doctor as most probably incson might have to be given for drainage of pus and only then antibiotics can be given.
Pus can never be simple,it is a bacterial infection and which needs to be controlled by proper management for which an incison might be neccessary for which you will have to visit a doctor.

Can you please suggest some medicine or tablets to dry the pus internally, since it is a minor puss with little elevation and hardening. It is small hard mass that has formed and it has improved a little on its own.

Hi,

An antibiotic can be prescribed, but not without looking at your illness. What is it actually which you are saying it to be pus, needs to be looked into. I would also advice you to go to a doctor in emergency as soon as possible, this may be serious.

Hi! The only blood test that can show whether you are pregnant or the previous abortion was an incomplete one is a serum beta hcg -this checks the hormone for pregnancy in the blood.If less than 5 ,then pregnancy is negative. Sir i am suffering from knee sweeling in my rt knee for 6 month,two times i hv removed water(aspiration) from it bt never found relief.some time it decrease and some time increase.all tests x rays,crp,esr are normal not yet i found any relief.4 years ago same problem were in my lft knee and dr. Removed 2 pieces(tissue) from lft knee which were found normal(non specific),till one month after surgery i couldn't bent knee even a little bit,i took physiotherapy by wax and till 9 months i could bent it onle 80% after 1.5 or 2 year i could bent it properly 100 bt with pain,still there is pain when i bent it proper,and also swelling in rt knee.Dr.'s Of hospital in which i get surgery 4 yrs ago said that same surgery will pass in rt knee,bt i am afraid because still there is pain in my lft knee,if i pass again surgery in rt knee i will face same problem of pain in my rt knee,please advice me sir if there another way to get treated without surgery like med. Hi, I am really stressed and don't want to self diagnos and go crazy, but I have had this (pimple, ulcer, follicule infection or chancre on the side of the shaft of my penis. I don't know which one it is. I don't have medical but I am signing up on Tuesday for state medical..... The story is it appear maybe a week after a day and a half masterbation marathon I am embarrassed to say I had. It started as just a burning sensation on the side like I ripped the skin which I have done before. So I just didnt touch it. I've been noticing a lump on my upper left thigh. It started out small and red but grew over time. The red part is about the size of a dime now. But if I feel around the lump is feels like it has expanded underneath the skin. It's very hard. I thought it was an ingrown hair, so today I squeezed it. My husband age 65 had to have his lower left wisdom tooth removed because there was a cavity on the tooth before the wisdom tooth. The original doctor only removed the tooth November 26, 2012, was given Norco for pain and recommended to take ibuprofen for pain. My husband had pain, and swelling. Original dentist packed the tooth with a special pack. Husband also applied clove oil. He talked to oral surgeons. Went to another surgeon and was given steroids, and antibiotics. My husband had dry socket and the hole was not closing up. So the new surgeon recommended a water pick and brushing the area vigorously to stimulate circulation. THe hole is closing up. Also, a root tip was found and had to be removed which added new pain. My husband is trying to not taking Norco anymore and trying to reduce ibuprofen. But pain level is 1-3 with twinges in jaw. It's been 8 wks. Is that normal? The original wisdom tooth had fused to the bone and had to be sawed in half to be removed. The cavity still hasn't been filled due to other pain.
