Hi I'm 26yrs old. Unmarried. I feel some nerve burning or itching sensation in hands, fingers and legs below knees and toes. I feel pain too. This has been for long days. I feel more in left hand and left leg more than right. My hands shake when I hold a tea cup or something. My legs too shake when I ride a bike. So I cant drink a tea infront of others. I get tired soon when I work. Does this nerve problem comes due to cancer or HIV? I'm very much afraid. can I get my nerves and hand shaking well? I'm very afraid to get marry due to this. I feel I cant have good sexual intercourse with my partner and healthy baby after marriage. Pls guide me to get me well.

Hi,

This is not the case , i think you are over imagining the problem.
Get your blood sugar levels and serum electrolyte levels tested for now and have tablet neurokind plus one daily along with at least 3-4 litres of water daily.
Why do you imagine that you wont be able to have gyd sexual intercourse ?
Since when are you having this problem ?
Do you otherwise feel shakiness in your hand otherwise ?
No it is nothing that such symptoms are there after hiv or cancer.

I have this problem for about 8 months. I feel shakiness mainly in case of when i'm infront of many persons. Then i feel this nerve burning sensation and shakiness and pain in hands and legs during the time of my penis erection and masturbation or after masturbation too. During this time i feel this type of nerve sensation higher than normal situations. So thats why i asked whether can i have good sexual intercourse. So this will be a problem for my sex life? Is it normal? Can i consult a neurologist? Can i cure this problem?

Hi,

If you are having had shakiness only in front of other people then it is simply due to under confidence or anxiety or fear of a big crowd for this you should consult some psychaitrist or pschologist and not neurologist.
For shakiness of leg , it could be the same reason under confidence or anxiety or may be any kind of addiction so you will have to give up all addiction if any , like smoking , alcohol or drugs.
Sex should not be a problem if you are having erection , but if you are having some kind of under confidence then you should visit a psychologist.
I had also asked you to get some blood tests done.

I hv been having problems of dizziness, and spinning sensations since last 4/5 days. Had the same earlier abt 2 yrs back but on a very mild scale and they went away without any medication. This time it has been rather acute. Visited the physician and hv been prescribed Vertin 8 mg 1x3 times a day before bkfst, lunch and dinner. After three days feeling better but the sensations are still there albeit milder. Feel the spinning sensation especially when I look straight up/down and then bring the head back to normal posn.Again when I am changing sides on bed while lying down from left to right rpt left to right I feel the same sensation. Tho' the dizziness and the spinning sensations are less now after taking the dosages of Vertin 8 last three days would u hv any advice as to how long it takes normally for the problems to be totally eliminated? I am particularly concerned as I am, tho' a retired person, a man of fairly active habits and for the various domestic chores often hv to drive quite a bit in heavy city traffic and as a result of this problem am completely grounded which is affecting our day-to-day life styles and needs.

Hi, I am really stressed and don't want to self diagnos and go crazy, but I have had this (pimple, ulcer, follicule infection or chancre on the side of the shaft of my penis. I don't know which one it is. I don't have medical but I am signing up on Tuesday for state medical..... The story is it appear maybe a week after a day and a half masterbation marathon I am embarrassed to say I had. It started as just a burning sensation on the side like I ripped the skin which I have done before. So I just didnt touch it. That was on a Sunday then Monday Xmas I tried to have sex with my lady and I couldn't cause of the pain and burning sensation on the skin. Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin.
