Hello Rohit,
From your small description, main jyada to nahi bata payunga par mostly it is known as Tremor.
Tremor ke bahor sare reasons ho sakte hai.
1. physiological - koi khas bimari na ho fir bhi aisa ho sakta hai. nervous ness ki vajah se, yaa mentally jyada active hone ki vajah se, dar ki vajah se bhi.
2. Hormonal - hyperthyroidism is common and widely seen cause for tremor.
There are many but pahele ye dono ke bare main sochana chahiye.

Hi i am Gayathri ,26 years of Age. 10 months back i become pregnant but unfortunately it leads to miscarriage . Again from past 6 months onwards we are trying for pregnancy but there was no positive result. now i consulted a doctor and scanned abdomen and identified PCOs. she recommended me 2 capsules of expermet per day, 2 cap Folfit -1 per day Z&B soflet-1 per day can i use those cap or is there any problem if i use those cap? Does these helps me in getting pregnant soon?
