Sir i am suffering from keratoconus with 450 and 458 um cornea thickness .Can know tell me the best traetment for this in india

Dear Mr. Praveen,

There are several options available to treat keratoconus. Some test to be done like Pentacam HR (its a gold standard procedure for the management of keratoconus) SCHEIMFLUG IMAGING (PENTACAM) of the anterior segment: This is a device that digitally maps the topography and elevation maps of front & back surface of the cornea to define its curves and irregularities. Necessary for planning keratoconus treatment, the pentacam measures corneal thickness and how steep or flat the cornea is. Most superior machine available today to detect early or subclinical Keratoconus.

Post diagnostic procedure we can plan for the C3R treatment, which can be discussed with you after your detailed examination.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information or call on the below hospital numbers for an appointment.

Hi, This tablet is very effective in reducing the pain, although causes sleepiness and if it causes excessive sleepiness then you can get the tablet changed. You should get an mri done to evaluate the cause behind the problem and there are many similar problems which cause similar symptoms. Serum electrolyte is a blood test and can be taken from any lab, although the values should be fine its just confirmatory. You can also try flexon-mr half tablet twice daily along with tab rantac one tablet tw ...

Hi!! In your case the treatment for the fibroid is only surgical, there is no medicine or diet which can help.Medication which if used causes decrease in the size of the fibroid and they regrow back when the medication is stopped. No diet helps to stop growth of the fibroid. kindle get yourself thoroughly evaluated by an expert and he/she will advice the myomectomy( removal of the fibroid) after proper work up and by which route it can be removed with minimum distortion of adgoining areas so tha ...

Dear doctors, I am a research scholar and working on signal transduction studies and regularly use several irritants and ion channel blockers. I am suffering from excess keratosis on palms and soles and some times deep painful fissures from almost two years. It was started as a small thickening patch an left arm and recovered after treatment with moisturizing creams. After that I went to Japan as part of my research programme and one nurse given me creams with anti-fungal compounds and urea but the problem was enhanced and started the deep fisures on my soles. I came back to India and used homeopathy medicine for one weak and after that i visited a doctor. He suggested me to apply lemon juice trice daily and use vitamin C along with high doses of antifungal tablets and creams. I used this medicine for 6 months which further worsen my situation and my skin became very thick and appeared like toe nails and spread-ed to all areas of palms and soles. I changed the doctor and he given me the isotretinol for 2 months and given vitamin A and D combination for 4 months which improved my condition alot. Now I am taking a dosage of 6000 IU Vit A and 1000 IU Vit D once for every 3days. Whether I will completely relieve from my problem with these medicines or is there any permanent recovery in ayurvedic?

Regards, Supriya.

  Doctor's Answer

Hi Supriya!! TB of the fallopian tubes can lead to infertilty as the tubes get blocked. In your case the TB of the tubes,is probably the most important cause of the infertilty. If tb has been confirmed like you say,my advice would be that you take complete treatment for tuberculosis. The complete treatment would be allopathic treament which can range from 6-9 mths depending upon the extent of disease. As far as my knowledge goes, I am not aware of any ayurvedic/homeopathic treatment for TB. ...
