I want you to please guide me that which suppliment I should take. Actually I want myself to look healthy bcz I have a slim look. I want that type of suppliment that really gives me the best output. you should take your supplements post workout. start with a mass gainer (other than endura, you can take any eg: by muscletech, QNT, ultimate nutrition are the better ones). if you can not able to take the entire quantity of scoop size mention at one time, you can take half ofthe quantity mentioned twice. doctor advised me to use triglow cream.but when im using this cream regularly the pigment is lightening.there is small light brown marks in face now,doctr has told me to review surgery after 3 months.i am afraid to use d cream because it is a steroid..and also already in my face there is d marks of surgery.if im doing d surgery and the marks increases means..i dont know wat i need to do.whether i can make my face clean?please give me a suggestion.

Hello Mam, I am 25 and my inner tighs and vaginal area are very dark in color. I have consulted doctor about the dark color of inner tighs and she suggested me to use SPARKEL cream (hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone furote cream). I am using it from past 1 week and sometimes when the skin peel off it burns. I use the same cream at night. Suggest me some cream that can be applied during the day time to avoid the pain caused by the cream. Can I use it on my vagina too?? Or Is there any other cream available which I can use on my vaginal area to improve the color? Apart from it I want to increase my breast size. Kindly suggest me some cream or oil/lotion that can help me in the same.

The medication you are taking is for the hyperpigmentation in the thighs and vaginal area.Any other medication will all have the same composition and same side effects as this ointment.ALso,this medication should not be applied in the inner vagina. Hi. I already asked a question before. I got reply for that and got expired. So i mentioned below my before question and reply:- Hi. i feel my nerves are weak. i'm 25 yrs old. My hands shake when i do some activities like when i take a tea cup my hands shake. When i'm drinking it slowly my hands shake. I feel very shy and afraid infront of everyone. I cant hold the pen and write normally as others do. I hold my pen very tight with my fingers and write. Then when i go in a bike, when i go in some speed i'm ok. When i go in a dead slow my hands shake. I feel more nervous when i stand in front of everyone. I also feel mild nerves pains in my legs and hands all the time. I'm about to marry in a year or two. I dont know why i get this. Is this occur due to i masturbate often? Is it curable? Can i get my nerves strong and hands without shaking? I'm not able to tell this to my parents.
