should I go for tooth implantation immediatelty ?

PAST HISTORY : On 17th may 2012 I had anjoplast with one stent. I have teeth problem and around 12 teeths are broken and required immediate implantation. I had bad smell also.

Have gum pocket infection left lower side molar. Taking clyndamycin 300 mg. every eight hrs.. Tooth is healthy. Never had a filling. Have been on clyndamycin now for 10 days and it does not seem to be helping.

A patient has blood sugar level of 103 in fasting and 190 in post prandial , is it okey if I extract her tooth or do I postpon the treatment till both the values are normal?

Hello i had my no 48 wisdom tooth removed on thursday morning and its been nearly 3 days now. What i wanted to know was i have noticed yesterday and today that the gum which had folded over the extraction site has receeded and left behind a thin white strand of tissue. is this a normal part of the healing process. I am not in any pain and have not smoked since the day of extraction (before). Also i know your advice will be to stop permanently but how long should i wait till i can smoke again
