On my hand some black spot surrounding with red color is developing actually it also painful while anything touch those places .What it is really?

Its not itching too much also.Its not developing rapidly but its developing in my stomach also.So kindly what medicine i will take please suggest me.

Hi,

The black spots on hand can be due to vitamin deficency,it can also be due to liver dysfunction.
I would recomend you to avoid overexposure of sun,use sunscreen Lotion.
Also attach me the photos of your skin leisons
You can also have multivitamin tablet on once daily for 4 weeks,also gt your liver function tested and send me the reports.

I am not an alcoholic .I have added the picture please give the information as soon as possible because its developing in other area of my hand and stomach.So can you suggest any cream or lotion .

Hi,

If it has devloped suddenly within a day or may be a few hours it would be a sign of allergy,for treatment of allergy if it is been seen on a large part of body then you should straight go to a doctor,else you can take a levocetrizine 5mg once in night for 7 days.
Else i have told you that you should take one multivitamin tablet once daily for 4 weeks and you can use sunscreen lotion over face and any steroid cream over rest part of the body.
Also get an lft(blood test from any lab) for confirmation.
I could not see any uploaded picture so i could not evaluate the leissons,although usually darkneing of skin is commonly not threatning but if it is devloping fast and involving more surface of body then king go to an emergency.

I was suffering from blood in my stool from long time until i consulted a doc and he said that i have fissure. I got it cured through ointments and having drinking fibre. However, from last few monts I have started suffering from incomplete evacuation. All the time my stomach is bloated up and I dont feel like eating anything. I have increased my water intake and also have started eating fibre fruits to a great extent but nothing is helping me. Howsoever hard I try, I am not able to evacuate completely. I go to washroom at least 5 times a day but still i feel full all the time. Sometimes I get black stool and sometimes its normal. My stool is not hard at all. I feel uneasy all the time. Hi, I am really stressed and don't want to self diagnos and go crazy, but I have had this (pimple, ulcer, follicule infection or chancre on the side of the shaft of my penis. I don't know which one it is. I don't have medical but I am signing up on Tuesday for state medical..... The story is it appear maybe a week after a day and a half masterbation marathon I am embarrassed to say I had. It started as just a burning sensation on the side like I ripped the skin which I have done before. So I just didnt touch it. That was on a Sunday then Monday Xmas I tried to have sex with my lady and I couldn't cause of the pain and burning sensation on the skin. We started and stopped. 3 days after that in the same burning area 1 pimple formed with maybe 2 smaller ones. Very small ones... I I tried to masterbate again and it seemed as if it irritated the area and another one grew. They got to an ok size and where kind of painful. 42 yo female. I have an approx. pencil eraser sized lumped on my right tonsil that is flesh colored and in which I can see the veins in. There is a spot of white on the front of the lump I'm thinking could be bacteria. My concern with the lump is that it appears more as a hemroid would, a lump pushed through the skin wall, not as a lump sitting on the skin wall. I have used a q-tip to investigate the lump with no change. It is near the top of the side of my throat above the tonsil where the throat is starting to curve up. It is smooth all around this spot with only this lump coming down from the wall of my throat there, and the flesh color and veins match that of the smooth skin surrounding it.

I wonder if you could give direction I dont know whether to go to the doctor or the dentist? I broke a crown about 3mths ago, whicht he dentist sorted out for me but about a mth later I developed a cold and my crown became so sensitive I couldnt close my mouth it felt like it had a pulse and the bone was rejecting the post. after googling I realised it could very well be a sinus infection and got a 10 day course of anitbiotics which helped immensley, but the gum where it connects to the cheek pulses and if I run my finger over the spot I feel as though I am getting an electric shock. It was fine if i didnt touch it but over the last few days the pain has come back and a lump is developing and spreading. the pain is in my cheek bone and around my eye socket, I had a root canal on this tooth over 10 years ago with no problems and the tooth has no odour or any leakage around it

My 2 1/2 year old son had the flu and took tamiflu. A week after his symptoms got better he gotta a fever again for 3 days. He developed a large blister on his lower right lp and sores in his mouth. His teeth are sore and he cant drink eat or swallow much. His gums are red and swollen and bleed if we try to brush his teeth or he eat anything hard or crunchy. The doctor gave us amoxicillin but didnt diagnose anything and his mouth is still red and swollen, 6th day. The blister on his lip did not turn in to a coldsore. Its like an ulcer now that it has popped.
