my doctor has prescribed budesal 0.5mg/2ml to my 7 month old infant to be nebulised morning and evening. should i give entire 2ml solution at one time? should i mix it with distilled water or give only the respule solution?

yes, in respule no need to be diluted or mix with distilled water& entire soln at a time even 4-6 hourly

Sir i am suffering from knee sweeling in my rt knee for 6 month,two times i hv removed water(aspiration) from it bt never found relief.some time it decrease and some time increase.all tests x rays,crp,esr are normal not yet i found any relief.4 years ago same problem were in my lft knee and dr. Removed 2 pieces(tissue) from lft knee which were found normal(non specific),till one month after surgery i couldn't bent knee even a little bit,i took physiotherapy by wax and till 9 months i could bent it onle 80% after 1.5 or 2 year i could bent it properly 100 bt with pain,still there is pain when i bent it proper,and also swelling in rt knee.Dr.'s Of hospital in which i get surgery 4 yrs ago said that same surgery will pass in rt knee,bt i am afraid because still there is pain in my lft knee,if i pass again surgery in rt knee i will face same problem of pain in my rt knee,please advice me sir if there another way to get treated without surgery like med. Or i should get treated by surgery,i am just 23 yr old boy,still there is whole life for me to live please help me.

I have been prescribed 5mg of Lexapro ( name brand) one time daily. I have noticed that my heart rate and blood pressure is normal when sitting or laying down but ( 118-70, 76) and jumps up a lot when I stand ( 136/89, 134) Could this be because of the medication? If so is this something that will go away after awhile or do I need to change medications.

A few years back after having visited a hill station in India.. i got this sort of coating on my upper lip that couldn't be scraped off easily, a lot of my friends did too.. but even now my problem persists, this was followed by dryness around my lip and white patches that were spreading and cuts started forming. on consulting several dermatologists, they prescribed Fluticasone Propionate ointments of varying concentration saying that its caused by the fact that I was born by extremely dry skin and the saliva dries the area more, but I've been using petroleum jelly on my lips since I was small as I always used to get chapped lips.. I similar sort of dry patch developed on my finger which went on to spread over the years to my entire finger, for which i use the the same medication.. the itching on the finger and the dryness goes away after a couple of days of use but then it comes back when not used and the texture of my finger has turned out to be slightly glossy looking compared to the rest of my fingers..

Hi Puneet, Every time i eat something i have this inflammatory sensation in my throat that's kind of very uncomfortable. I cannot eat spicy food at all these days. Every time i eat junk food like burgers or Pizza or KFC, i end up having problem with my stomach (stomach upset mostly). This problem started since 2010 when i was doing night shifts for my company. There was a time when i did graveyard shift for 3 consecutive weeks. I stopped doing night shifts after i had problems with my stomach. I have a very tough time in finding food of my taste here. I generally prefer salads and bland food. Fruits rich in alkaline level tend to help me a lot. I'm not married yet, so its very difficult for me to find such food everywhere especially at my workplace. I consume alcohol every weekend but next day morning i end up having acidity. So i have to take ENO (fruit salt) to feel better. This has been the case since 3 years now. The only food which suits me is Bland food and fruits (especially the ones rich in alkaline level). Hi, You can have acinil-o along with pantoprazole but pantop will have better effects than acinil-o. Then in 7th point I told about alcohol and not water. I am a 38 years old male having high blood pressure and Now doctor advise to taking a tablet every morning and evening called LOTENSYL 10mg,Storrvas 10mg,minipress2.5mg Arkarmin ,phostat trice in a day and Febutaz 40 before sleeping. most of time Bp has 150/90 at morning,evening quite high like 160/100 ,PR 86.
