I have a son who had his first seizure a day before he turned 15 while playing a video game, he then had his next seizure approximately 1 year later while watching a cartoon, and again a year later while on his computer....His next one was at work very early in the morning after switching from nights to days. Might I add that each one occurred within approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours after waking. After working in the summer he is now in college and has had 2 more seizures while doing math calculations in the morning approximately 3 months apart. With adolescent seizures it seems as though hormonal changes could be a huge factor??? I wish Imhad more answers to help him naturally because some of the medications seem very scary with side effects and there have been many articles I have read that parents have posted to describe their struggles with anti convulsive medications. Do you have any suggestions?
