hello doctors I have brought Killpreg kit it has got 5 tablet 1 mefipristone of 200mg and 4 tablet of misoprostol of 200mg i want know how to use it

Hi,

You have to first take mefipristone of 200 mg on first morning after a heavy breakfast , followed which(24 hours later) you have to take 400 mg of misoprostol (2 tabs of 200 mg ), then later 200 mg of misoprostol to be taken after 12 hours of taking 2 tablets of misoprostol , followed by 200 mg of misoprostol another 12 hours later after taking the last tablet.

Is there any other precaution that i have to take during this time, that what to eat and what to not eat. and can i take other medicine like painkiller

Hi,

No such precaution need to be taken
If you are having pain you can take pain killer , to get relived
You just will have to get a ultrasound done once the bleeding finishes off so as to check whether all the products of conception have been removed or not.

My father is 78 years old and has been suffering from constipation for the last 2 years. He has also lost a lot of weight around 10 kgs in this time span. In the last couple of months he has been complaining that his abdominal muscles have torn due to bowel straining and now he says there is loss of muscle in his stomach area. Which is why when he lies down everything is fine but when he sits up and walks around he feels like he is carrying a weight in his stomach. After intake of food it becomes worse and he also gets bloating. We have done all possible tests - colonoscopy, CT scan, ultrasound sometime last year and everything was clear. The doctors gave a verdict of idiopathic constipation and left it at that. His blood work is fine, haemoglobin levels, cholestrol etc. He still suffers from constipation. His prostrate is enlarged but results are fine. What is the solution to his stomach muscle problem ? Is it lack of exercise, lack of protein ? He doesnt have a pot belly and has never had and had always been physically active and fairly slender.

Hi, History told by you favours irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS ). There are two alarming signs in your case : Firstly, loss of weight and that to10kg approx. Secondly, sensation of carrying a weight in stomach. Both of them do occurs in IBS. Hi i am 23 days pregnant, Confirmed after blood HCG test. Consulted doctor, she prescribed Mankind's Unwanted Kit. She told to use it as per instruction ..I read the manual its written to take 4-misoprostol tablets after 1-3 days of taking the mifepristone tablet. Its mentioned to take Misoprostol Vaginally. As my pregnancy is only 23 days i don't want to take misoprostol vaginally..rather i want to take it orally. Can i take Mankind Brand's Unwanted Kit's Misoprostol dose orally in my case. Hi, The time gap is same whether drug (misoprostol)taken orally or vaginally.the drug whether taken orally or vaginally it is to be taken 2+2,you will take the first dose after 24 hours of mifepristone and then after 12 hours rest of the 2 tablets.
