Sorry i can't prescribe abortion pills without examining the pateint.

Can pregnancy be detected by any of these tests... (Sex done 12 days back): 1. Ultrasonography 2. Haemoglobin test 3. Pelvic Scan Please mention which one specifically can detect. If none of the tests can detect at this early stage then at what time at the earliest they can??

Hi,

The only test which can detect pregnancy now is serum hcg or urine hcg which can be done in any laboratory or urine hcg can be done by a urine pregnancy kit but if the girl has not missed her periods then it might also be negative right now or may be weakly poitive and get postive properly only after a week when she has missed her periods.
Ultrasound and pelvic scan are of no value.
Drugs like mifigest can only be prescribed once it is confirmed that she is pregnant and that to by a gynaecologist.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have had intercourse with my boyfriend 5 months back and had abortion pills by consulting a Doctor online. Hi! The only blood test that can show whether you are pregnant or the previous abortion was an incomplete one is a serum beta hcg -this checks the hormone for pregnancy in the blood.If less than 5 ,then pregnancy is negative. A normal gynae check up can reveal past pregnancy only if earlier pregnancy led to an incomplete abortion which can be made out by an ultrasonogram of the pelvis or the serum beta hcg.Otherwise no doctor can make out whether you were pregnant in the past and have taken abor ...

Hello Doctor, For Termination of pregnancy after 49 days have taken 600 mg as a single dose followed 2 days later by 200 mcg of misoprostol as single dose. But still now i did't get periods. Please suggest me. Thanks, Shilpa

A few years back after having visited a hill station in India.. i got this sort of coating on my upper lip that couldn't be scraped off easily, a lot of my friends did too.. but even now my problem persists, this was followed by dryness around my lip and white patches that were spreading and cuts started forming. on consulting several dermatologists, they prescribed Fluticasone Propionate ointments of varying concentration saying that its caused by the fact that I was born by extremely dry skin and the saliva dries the area more, but I've been using petroleum jelly on my lips since I was small as I always used to get chapped lips.. I similar sort of dry patch developed on my finger which went on to spread over the years to my entire finger, for which i use the the same medication.. the itching on the finger and the dryness goes away after a couple of days of use but then it comes back when not used and the texture of my finger has turned out to be slightly glossy looking compared to the rest of my fingers..

followed with 102 degree temperature.we went to hospital and he prescribed be antibiotic for 3 days.After that also the body temperature showd between 100 and 101.The did alla the checkups and all are negative.They already started for pantiac 40 mg and formic 1.5 injections for 2 days.after that i was discharged and changed the antibiotic to ciplox 500 mg for 5 days.I never knew that a dental abcess without any pain may cause fever.But yesterday when i wnt through tha net,i found that it is followed by fever.I'm very much feared to go to a dentist..Please help me sir.
