Hi, The report of ct-scan does not suggest that he is serious,although he can be serious with the same report and he might be he might be doing well with the same report and there are multiple things i(doctor) have to see before i can comment over some one's life.Overall emphysema is a long term illness and would not reverse but i have seen patients with emphysema live a very long life with drugs which they require for their respiratory disease.You just have to take care about his respiratory ...

Hi, My sister has been detected with the Syptoms of Systemic sclerosis, she has been undergoing treatment , but recent report of ct scan shows the following conclusion" Smooth subpleural inter and intra lobular septal thickening long posterior aspects of both lower lobes, anterior and lateral aspects of right upper lobe, anterior aspects of lright middle lobe and lingual. these features are suggestive of eraly interstitial lung disease." Does this report shows she will have a major breathing problem... Can U provide a good reference of doctor for "Systemic Sclerosis" in Mumbai, since most of the Skin doctor does not know about the problem...

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and was told to continue taking 20 mg of lisinopril. I was told today by my OB doctor that I should have stopped taking it right away. We are doing another ultrasound to look at organs and facial features for defects. I'm worried sick. What are possible issues they can find?

Yes definitely u need to stop lisinopril, as it can cause harm to the fetus; less liquor and many other cong anomalies ...
