Hi, 9.5 mm gall stone it's a pretty big gall stone. The indications for removing stone are - any stone size which are causing distressing symptoms to patient or any single stone which is more than 1cm or 10 mm. and your mother in laws' gall stone is nearing the same size. Hi, my 1 year and 2 month old daughter has been suffering from cold and cough for about 2 weeks. On consulting a pediatrician, he diagnosed that she was having trouble breathing and so might have asthma. He then prescribed Ambrodil-S syrup, Montek LC kid syrup and Alex junior. I am a little worried since we do not have any history of asthma in the whole of my family and in-law's family. She does catch cold often, and apparently thick mucus has spread to her lungs this time. So, if I give these medicines to her, are there chances that she might induce and incline to asthma in future? Is it possible to grow asthmatic without any history in family at this age? It is told that babies who breastfeed for a long time are less likely to grow asthmatic since feeding needs lots of energy in lungs. And she still breastfeeds post dinner at night.
