Funneling

Ma'am, I'm from Maharashtra, I'm pregnant with twins and it's my 25th week running now. In my last scan done on end of 24 week, report shows cervical funneling and cervical length 2.8 cm. Is this sign of premature dilevery? What can I do to prevent it? And what is least week should I complete so my new borns should safe? Plz help me.

Funneling is a sign that you might go into preterm delivery. And preterm delivery is very common in twin pregnancy. To prevent it, you must avoid stess and heavy physical exertion. ideally pregnancy should reach 37 weeks. but relatively, 34 weeks is ok because this is the time that lungs of babies mature. safety would also depend on the capability of the pediatrician who would handle your babies and how advanced the hospital where your babies will be delivered. ...
