Hi, Tb medicines have to be stopped if your liver functions are disturbed acutely,however i don't have the other tests which are the other parameters for making a decision to stop tb medicine like prothrombin time,if that too is raised acutely then the drugs have to be stopped. Hi, There would have been a lot of questions i would have liked to ask you like from which site of the body was fnac done or which were the lymph nodes which are enlarged. But i suggest lymph nodes in your neck were probably enlarged that is why doctor suspected tuberculosis and we see a lot of weight loss in tuberculosis and you mentioned that point in your history,although there have to be a lot of points which needs to be checked before concluding to a diagnosis. I am 20 years old and I have been experiencing pain at my left thigh and lower part of the leg since one and half month . I. Got my MRI report and i found out that i have posterolateral disc protrusion at L4-L5 area .my concern doctor told me to have a blood test at the area for tuberculosis.....if not they told that i have to undergo surgery.please. tell me whether i m on right path of treatment..as i am very young i don't want surgery .please give me some advice

Rule out TB with blood test at first. (If TB positive take drug for TB) No need to go for surgery. Physical therapy treatments are available for disc protrusion. Surgery can be done only there is no improvement from physiotherapy. ...

Endometrial Hysteroscopy Patient Dear Sir, With reference to the above mentioned subject I want to inform you that I was undergone an operation of Endometrium Hysteroscopy on 24th July 2014 and admitted in Nursing Home for 2 days. My clinical symptoms were irregular bleeding, Clotted black blood, and severe pain in lower abdomen and back. My Endometrium Biopsy revealed: 1) Disordered proliferative endometrium and 2) No evidence of endometritis or granuloma or atypia; Type of sample - ENDOMETRIUM KOCH'S; Mycobacterium tuberculosis Complex - Not Detected Non tuberculous Mycobacteria - Detected After operation I experienced bleeding before Period, till August 11. After that, my heavy period persisted for another 10 days (upto 20th August). Presently I am under medication of Cabgolin 0.5 and already completed course of Krimson 35. On 6th of September my period was started suddenly and continued for 8 days upto 14th September. Today suddenly I felt severe pain in lower abdomen, back and legs with clotted smelly blood (black colour) again. I am worried. Please suggest what should I do.

Sir, I have got operation 2 yrs ago that is sigmoid colon resection because of intestinal tuberculosis and 2 months ago gallbladder stone surgery now my problem is excessive flatulence and stool is not evacuating completely with provide strains. Alternate constipation and loose motion. Sir please help me what should I do?

Thanks for your query. Sometimes sign symptoms may persist for some duration even after start of anti TB drugs. I recommend you to continue anti TB. And go to nearest health centre to re assess the condition. Thanks. ...
