Hi, Psoriasis usually becomes worse in cold temperate climates and improves in summer. This applies to over 85% of cases of Psoriasis. 10-15% of Psoriasis patients can flare in the summers on the other hand. If you are moving to Bangalore from a hotter place then yes Psoriasis may become worse as Bangalore is much cooler than other South Indian Metros. Hi, The drug you told me is given for fungal infection and not genital psoriasis,if the same lotion also prescribed to you then you are been given treatment for some fungal infection and not psoriasis. Genital psoriasis occurs more frequently in people who wear tight dresses like tight skin hugging jeans,or undergarments,or people who sweat a lot. Hi, Biliary atresia is a serious problem and worse part is it is less know. It has only surgical treatment and intially the procedure done is kasai procedure(in which a part of child intestine is used to replace the bile duct out of liver),but however if it fails then liver transplantation is the only option.
