hi my dad (68 years) has undergone a Turp sugery on 23rd Dec.He has been fitted with a cathether..He has been prescribed the following medicines (Pan 40 mg, levomac,augmentin 625 mg, chymoral fote)..He is taking it regularly...But the problem is he feels sleepy always and in a day sleeps for atleast 16 hrs (altough not so tight sleep)..am not sure of the reason why he feels so drowsy..can it be because of the tablets..also for info he was given spinal anaesthasia for the sugery..please advise..

Hi, I would recommend you to get a serum electrolyte done of your dad. If sodium levels comes out to be low then you have the cause and you will have to add a bit of salt in his diet and he will improve. Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? How penis reacts after removal of foreskin for sexual activities? Is it true circumcision surgery really reduces some level sexual sensitivity from penis? Please help me on above queries. I am 31 year old. I do masternate normally. But my foreskin is tight and it does come down from head. When i tried to pull it back when penis is not erect, I was able to do it But partially. I saw some part of my foreskin is still stuck to the lower portion of head. Means left part is fine but on right side foreskin is stuck to the head. my problem is related to glan penis(head). my penis is cut(circumcised. i can see wrinkles on my glans penis and due to this it's look odd and dark in normal stage. i am fair but the colour of penis is black. thas fine. but not sure why the glan penis is wrinkled and looking odd, dull black colour. Ok, I believe I have read or am understanding from reading on the internet that 3 days after a right femur angiogram that it is possibly a subcuteneous hematoma. See 3 days after my angiogram my right testcle is very tender and sore and the area from the testicle to slighly lower the angiogram injection site. I have a little bruising on the lower part of my penis to the right part of the scrotum. Could this be a hematoma or just accidental damage due to the 30 min press they use after tge surgery to make aure the femur doesnt bleed? This evening i also got a tight constricting feeling on my left femur artery in my left thigh. I have been recently diagnoised with heart failure and no blockage, but with an ef of 12%. I'm a 45 year old male. I need to make a follow up appt anyway so i guess tomorrow I will do that and discuss my syptoms to my Cardiologist. Thanks Craig

About 4 years ago i removed my frenulum with nail scissors and had no problems. It healed up just fine. I made 2 cuts and it was gone with no stitches or anything, just little bleeding and was fine. Why can't the doctors do it that way instead of the cuts and stitches. I still got the frenulum but it is inside the penis. Now i can pull back my forskin back farther and can masterbate with out any pain and my gland is less raw because i can do it behind it.
