Hello, I am undergoing an IVF treatment this moth and was put on dupheston to delay my last period by my doctor. The period when it arrived was much lighter than my usual period. I am currently on day 7 of my cycle and have been taking the highest dose of injections Bravelle and Lupron every day from day 2. However in todays scan it appeared to be a poor egg development and one ovary seemed not responsive. I am concerned that Dupheston delaying myFSH period has had some effect on my ovarian performance. On day 2 my FSH was 13.5. Please advice

I am 27 years old unmarried. Three years ago I was diagnosed with cysts in my ovaries and surgery (Laporatomy) was done. I have lost my right ovary with it (oopherectomy) and cyst was removed from left ovary (cystectomy). But again cyst in left ovary is seen in Ultrasound, it say " LEFT ADENEXA SHOWS A WELL CIRCUMSCRIBED IRREGULARLY MARGINATED THICK WALLED MULTI SEPTED CYSTIC LESION [MEASURES 88 X 61 X 58 mm, VOL=160CC], SHOWING DISTAL ACOUSTIC ENHANCEMENT CONTAINING LOW LEVEL ECHOGENIC INTERNAL ECHOES WITH ECHOGENIC SOLID PAPPILLARY PROJECTIONS [MEASURES APPROX : 20X 17MM, 17X13MM]. IT IS SHOWING INCREASED VASCULARITY ALONG THE PERIPHERY AND WITHIN THE PAPILLARY PROJECTIONS ON COLOUR DOPPLER ANALYSIS. LEFT OVARY IS NOT VISUALIZED SEPARATELY." my wife had discharges from her breast in 2012 oct, a doctor prescribed parlodel for months, but weshe has not been able to conceive. Another doctor treated both of us ofstaph disease that was isolated after CST, weshe was placed on clomid but no conceptionn s. ; her prolactin levels and other hormone test are normal now. Transvaginal scan was done this Jan says bilateral polycystic ovarieses(15 by 16mm periovulatory follicle noted onLt ovary) , b,both ovaries appears to be fixed and adhered t the uterine wall. NO free fluid or adnxial masses.. We were reffered for HSG and the ree resulkts say no blockage, tubes are patent. Our gyneacologist checked all the results and said we should not be worried ad about the polycystic ovaries , saying its not significant: please what else should i do; help me

Hi , last 4 months my period are regular. January i did my funicular study, at that time Rt ovary 1710mm from date of 8 to 14 and endometrial thickness 9.8. This months also did my funicular study 8th day of periods Rt ovary 177mm and 10th day 18.28.6mm and today my 12th day 18.48.6. Its ok for pregnancy or tell me correct size details and how can i know my ovulation.

Hi I am 25yrs old housewife. I am suffering frm infertility. I got married 5 yrs back and aborted jst after 6mnths. Then after 3yr of taking contraceptive pills I was detected with chocolate cyst on my both the ovaries and had to go fr a laproscopy surgery to revome the cysts. My physician had to revome my right overy during the operation. My biopsy report was detected with endometriosis. After the operation two yrs have past I have tried many doctrs to get pregnant bt no result. Now recently I am detected with again a cyst on my left ovary of about 10cm and my TBPCR test reports also came positive. Right now i am taking medicines fr this like AKT3. Pls tell me is there any way to get pregnant nrmally or I have to go fr IVF? My husband's reports are normal.

Hi I am 27 years old, got married in February 2015 last week and concieved in March but had abortion a month back i.e. on 10th May as baby's growth was stuck at 5 weeks though I was 10 weeks pregnant by then (Dr. never told the reason behind this problem). That was my first pregnancy, u/s post abortion revealed 1 cyst in right ovary and two cysts in left, largest one measured 22 x19 mm, a small fibroid in uterus measuring 17 x 14 mm, uterus was normal in size & echotexture with 6 mm endometrial thickness. Now u/s after first period dated 25/06/2015 says that cyst in right ovary measures 12 x 9.5 mm and left ovary has 3 cysts with thick internal echoes within, largest cyst measuring 30 x 25. Uterus size is 67 x 39 x 43 mm, combined endometrial thicness is 9.4mm and fibroid reduces to 15 x 12 mm. My Dr. is asking to undergo laproscopy as there is no other way out to cocieve. I want to enquire is it really so, can I really not get pregnant without this surgery? Kindly help, Thanks in Advance!!!

Hi there. It seems that you have polycystic ovarian syndrome. Myocyst sachet really doen not have long term side effects because it i only composed of Vitamins. Just be sure nt to overdo it because it may harm your liver or kidney where it is being digested. Aspirin should just be discontinued if there are signs of bleeding tendency or if the person taking it will undergo operation. Hello doc. Ths month i started taking ova sheild its 18th day i forgot to take d tablet due to workload at job. Is that okay? When i went fr follicular study one dominant follicle reached upto 3025mm n then ruptured spontaneously with out hcg.another follicle remained at 1416mm.
