I am a 22 years old graphic designer and I work for 9-10 hours in front of computer. I have been having severe back ache since 2 years. I also had it when I was in 8th grade since I played hockey. and then it gradually stopped. and now again my back aches a lot everyday. Also about 5-6 months ago, i fainted due to severe back pain and fell down from steps. Pain was still there but it reduced after taking few pain killers. Then recently, I went to a physiotherapist but it did not help me much. I went for 6 sessions. I am really suffering a lot due to this back ache. When I sit at a stretch, it starts aching. When I stand it aches. Only when I lie down it reduces. And the pain is always on and off. Please suggest me what to do
