No intravesical lesion is seen. -Uterus is normal in size anteverted in position. Myomentrium is uniform. Endometrium is normal in thickness. Cavity is empty. A cyst of 3.3X3.2 cm is seen in right adnexae. Another complex cystic mass of 4.0X3.3 cm is seen in left adnexae. -cul-de-sac is free IMPRESSION: Bilateral adnexal cystic mass
