I am 34 yrs old. I daily work on my computer for 8-9 hrs . when i come back home , i have pain in my lower back region. i usually have to take painkillers for relief. I have this backache for the the last 3 months. kindly suggest how to get rid of this back pain?

I was suffering from blood in my stool from long time until i consulted a doc and he said that i have fissure. I got it cured through ointments and having drinking fibre. However, from last few monts I have started suffering from incomplete evacuation. All the time my stomach is bloated up and I dont feel like eating anything. I have increased my water intake and also have started eating fibre fruits to a great extent but nothing is helping me. Howsoever hard I try, I am not able to evacuate completely. I go to washroom at least 5 times a day but still i feel full all the time. Sometimes I get black stool and sometimes its normal. My stool is not hard at all. I feel uneasy all the time. Now I am 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor is saying that USG is showing that the foetus is 9 weeks old and no such limbs are seen in the foetus. Doctor advised to take Injection CORION 5000IU weekly and ARGIPREG Sachet -1 sachet daily with other regular Tablets like ASA 50(1 daily), SYSFOL PLUS (2tab daily) and DUBAGEST-200(1 daily). Doctor is suspecting the foetus is of poor growth and poor liquor. I have bad breath . I've checked with my dentist and he says my teeth and gums are ok. I usually have incomplete evacuation and the breath is most foul when I have constipation. with each passing of stool the intensity of smell goes down. When I'm constipated I find that the intensity goes up after taking the meals. Stool is unformed and if it's solid it's very thin and tape like. Hi.. my daughter 3.5years old got sick yesterday.. 38-39temp.. was using calpol and neurofen to control her tem.. on our gp advice now she on 2.5ml three times..(tonzils infection) but the antibioticks not afecting her temp (39Â°c) so far.. gp advice- to give paracetamol or neurofen to control her temp.. she says antibiotics will start to work only afer 24-47 hours.. its thats true or we need onother antibiotics. Btw- she is not complaining for sore throat.. thank you
