Hello, Fast heart rate is very common side effect of spasril plus razo 20 causes anxiety as side effect which again leads to increase heart rate. Ask your physician to lower the dose of spasril or to give some other drug for gastritis. hi i have a female friend , she used to to smoke Hookah tobacco for 3 months then suddenly she stopped smoking , now she feels heart pain (heart beats faster ), chest pain (hard to breath and some timed coughs blood ) and back pain when she went to the hospital the doctor said you must stop smoking hookah gradually not stop suddenly so what do u recommend and is it true that this is the only solution for this problem ? or is there some kind of pills or medical solution? i don't her to smoke again cause if she tries again she may be addicted again to hookah tobacco so please i want a better solution then this solution

Hi, Since you have not told me about the age of the patient ,with only history available that she was a smoker,following might be the causes - - Bronchitis - Brochiectasis - Lung carcinoma - Pneumonia For all of these you will have to leave smoking.You may quit smoking suddenly but doctors at might not recommend it because this might suddenly lead to dropping of hormone levels in blood which might cause depression. I get this attack of PSVT once in a while - after 4 years - the heart rate goes up substantially. I am on Calaptin 120 and Corderone - one tab. each everyday for the last 4 years. I was little irregular on medicine recently and then this attack. I am looking at an option of operation in Delhi.

Hi, In PSVT surgery is recommended only if you are not controlled on drugs,however you told that you have been a little irregular on drugs.I don't find any reason why you should undergo surgery if you are controlled by drugs or if you have not even tested for all the drugs,because there are still options to change the drugs or increase the dose of drugs before you try the surgical option. No much symptoms of frequent urination or pain during passing Urine. On a routine check up, found prostate gland enlargement. On a scan found that prostate - 4.3 x 6 x 5.7 cm (63gms). PVR 48cc and Uroflowmetry (voided volume 0433ml). PCA test shown normal result (2.18 ng/mL). Doctor advised for Afdura 1 tab during night. Had it for one month and went for 2nd test and the result shown as Prostate 62gms (voided volume 0310 ml) and PVR 37 cc. Doctor advised to continue Afdura for another 2 months. Feeling normal except some trumbling feeling (mussle shrinking all over the Body - occassionally during sleep. ( No normal allergic sympts like drowziness of Afdura) Other wise comfortable with normal urination and no pain or any uneasiness during urination. I have to do Hernia surgery and waiting for this Afdura course of medicne to be over. Can I continue with Afdura... Can I go for Hernia Operation
