Hi, I am due for elective surgery in 11 days for breast augmentation, under general anaesthetic , however I have used small amounts of amphetamines (base) Daily for the last 3 months. I have stopped taking them today, will this have an affect of my surgery? Will I be in danger whilst under GA Thankyou in advance

Hi, You should inform your anaesthetist and surgeon regarding the same. Because the amphetamines may have altered your requirement of anaesthetics. I.e. 1 I have a severe sinusitis problem I cannot concentrate on anything I feel dizzy heavy on my head base of my skull all feel like choked up. MRI says its mucosal thickening in left maxillary ,CT scan says polyp sinusitis cyst I'm goin mad what it is all this is due to SINUS?? 2nd question is my MRI says loss of cervical lordosis which means what because left side my neck n shoulder to pains crazily. I'm feeling shakey, light headed, nauseated, weak, and I'm really pale. I'm not dehydrated I drink plenty of water.
