Hi Emmanuel,
Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here. The hands and feet are darker because of tanning and also racial pigmentation (acral darkening). This can be treated with measures I will detail below but pl ...

Hi Faiza,
This is a common problem. Skin pigmentary problems like Freckles have a hormonal basis and often become worse after marriage and during pregnancy. There are numerous creams and treatments which can help but none are absolutely safe during pregnancy. The best thing you can use for your skin during pregnancy is an SPF 50 sunscreen used two to three times a day (e.g 8 am and 2 pm if you are not going out, every 3-4 hours if you are) along with a Vitamin C serum applied morning and night. ...

Hello,
Using a good sunscreen is the first step towards removing a tan. Use an SPF 30 or higher or UVA +++ or higher rated sunscreen (e.g Rivela SPF 50, Melagard SPF 50). Remember to use the sunscreen 2-3 times a day even if you are not going out. In addition see a Dermatologist for getting Chemical Peeling done.
