I have a lump next to the crease of the elbow that is sore. Even my skin is tender.

Am 42 years old. I have joint pain in my RHS arm. in the wrist joint mostly but also the elbow joint plus the finger joints. I normally feel it when I wake up in the morning. Also after taking some beer or Redbull it is more severe. what could be the problem. At times the pains extends up to shoulder joints. I fee like stretching all the time to ease it up. Please help.

I fell down concrete steps due to them being iced over yesterday. I landed with force on my left elbow. Within two minutes it was swelling, bruising, and felt "squishy". I went to the local DR and got created. Doc said it had a positive sail and thought it was broken. Radiology took a look and said otherwise. O have an indention right on the bone on the elbow and wondered what that is if indeed it's not fractured. Should I see another doctor or wait for a while and should I continue to keep it in a sling? If so for how long? Thanks

Dear sir ,my right elbow was dislocated on 2000,at that time i got plastered on my elbow and when plastered was removed. Hi I'm 34 years old, going to gym regularly for last 4yrs, I ve started having pain in my elbow joints of both arms,not able to pick weights properly since last 15-20 days,I also have some shoulder joint pain when working out, some one suggested me medicine 'Cartigen Forte' which contains Glucosamine.
