started using a cpap in october and also b12 supplements . Went to dentist in october everything was fine. I just noticed about 7 small black dots on my back molars, I assume they are cavities. For someone that hasn't had a cavity in 20 years, it's got to be one of these factors. So is it the cpap or the b12 that's causing my problem?

Hi Doctor - I have had high blood pressure for the past 7 months - around 150-160/95-105. Got sleep study last week and advised CPAP machine (using Resmed machine for past 3 days). As the BP shot to 180/120 on 20 jan was scared and started medicine - Cilacar-T. Another doctor advised Telma 40 mg. Now BP is 125-135/78-85. Please advise if I should stop Cilacar T and just use CPAP to test
