Hi I'm 37 weeks and 3 days pregnant I am a previous cesarian patient of 2 and I've been having very bad contractions as well as discharge w/a little vomiting ,what should I do cause I'm only 1finger tip in wen they checked me last Tuesday what should I do?I really can't take this anymore

I recently had a miscarriage and had to go to the ER due to the amount of bleeding I had. I just found a small round lump in my breast closer to the chest but on the side. I also have implants. I never felt this lump before and check quite often because today I'm 42. Could it be related to the miscarriage? my body basically thought it had a baby and I produced some milk along with the contractions and dilation I had during the miscarriage. I don't know if I should be concerned. I haven't had a mammogram in years and do have dense tissue.
